Well done cod was beautiful,crispy and tasty batter ,good size portions of both fish and chips.Pleasant and efficient staff.Shop has good kerb appeal and is well laid out,nice range and clean.

The staff are great very helpful the place is very clean and tidy, the most important thing is the food is great and you get a lot, could do with reducing the potion size to save waste.

Very quick service cod and chips excellent.

I must have gone on a bad day, really struggling to understand all these 5* reviews.Chips, the main event IMHO, were okay, nothing special, not bad, not great. The portion size was tiny. Half what I would expect and get at most other chippys. Maybe it’s different for locals? Other people’s pics seem to show more.Fish was okay taste wise nothing more. Not the biggest portion but not overly stingy like the chips.It was very clean from what I could tell so top marks for that.£6.95 for fish and chips is more than I would pay round my way but perhaps it’s the going rate here in Stockton?

chips are not like proper chips all sharp scraggly ends with black bits on them, fish was tasteless and full of grease, sausage was dried up and batter rock hard and staff don't look the cleaniest of people don't know why people taste this place far nicer places will not be returning here again.

Pure dirt it was dirty small sharp chips a wierd square mushy fish ,expensive i got charged for bags forks couldn't even spare salt n vinegar even tho i asked for it i don't think they put any on il not be goin here again like

A big queue busting tip at the moment is to order in advance over the 'phone , it will save you a long wait at peak times . Any time really ! Food is great , good quality and at a decent price but I personally do think they should charge for the paper carriers that are so popular for take-away food at the moment .

One of the cleanest food places ever! From the counter to staff amazingly clean! The staff is very friendly, efficient and know their job! The food is great value! If you want trad British check them out!
