Order was taken, drinks came. We waited 35 minutes for our starter to come, during this time noone had even bothered to come check our table, tables that arrived after us received their starters, we quiered this and were informed the machine had crashed and we had been sat there for 35 minutes for nothing as our order had not come through. Someone should have seen we had no food and sorted this before we left without any pizza.

No wait to be seated or booking required. Food was lovely, good food n drink selection. Service was slow, but steady, so just allow plenty of time if u go. It was abit cold sat in the restaurant, with it being mostly glass and heating lacking (take a cardigan). Good kids menu and entertainment pack, high chairs available. Restaurant decor is avit worn and tired, damaged flooring and walls and very dusty ceiling lights and shades unfortunately. Staff very friendly and helpful. Toilets small but clean.

Tasy food and great to see they have options for gluten intolerance. Unfortunately it took 30 minutes for starters and then another 50 minutes for mains with no update or apology, hugely disappointing. Not the first time there has been timing issues in this branch. Hopefully this can be improved for othe visitors

Gluten free menu was great. Tastes as good as normal pizza. Very clear menus and nice choice. This restaurant was clean and tidy with lots of space between tables. The server was lovely. An Italian woman with such a good sense of humour. I wish I could remember her name but she was smashing. Food didn't take too long and the cost wasn't too bad. I wish the gluten free pizzas came a little bigger, that's the only downside, but I filled up on halloumi bites. In the photos, the pizza on the grey board is the gluten free one. The others are full gluten and looked amazing.

Nice mains, the pasta and pizza are all good, as always. However, on this visit the pasta first came out luke warm, the replacement was much better. The new vegan desert of carrot and orange cake, was terrible. Tasted stale and was rock hard in the centre, not nice at all. The restaurant took it off the bill. The coffee was not good either, cappuccino tasted very milky, not at all frothy, and so weak.Disappointing visit overall.Would have hoped for better when spending over £50 for 2 people.

Disappointed. We had to wait over 10 min to actually be seated. Then when we ordered my husbands drink was forgotten and we had to ask for it. Then it was over an hour when we decided to give up waiting and asked for the pizzas to go, we had young children with us we sat down at 16.50 thinking we would on time for food. As it was children got tetchy after waiting for so long we didn't leave until 18.00. We were then charged £47 and we didn't even get my child's dessert as it was 3 course meal deal and was charged individually instead of the deal becuase we left. Although when we ate the pizzas in the car on the way home they were very tasty.

Amazing pizzas BUT beware of soft drinks and starters they are EXTORTIONATE! 😲 Our family of four had three courses with one round of drinks and the bill (as you can see below) was £74 - not good value. We thought the garlic bread and cheese starter costing £6 would be pizza sized to share but it was a third of that size! Then soft drinks cost £2.80 for 330ml 'can sized' bottle. Would highly recommend going for a pizza main only and ask for a jug of tap water. Only 3 stars and won't be rushing back! ☹️

Used this restaurant twice recently, both times for takeaway. Initially a large order for fifteen people. Incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable re allergies and very organised. Manager and staff polite, organised and friendly. Would definitely recommend, especially for allergies as wasn't made to feel an inconvenience. Food excellent Thank you.
