Rice Chinese Takeaway in Stockton-on-Tees

Food good but they don't start cooking until you arrive. which means they don't honour the ready for collection time. Add another 30 minutes.

3 hours after I placed a order it finally arrived and 3 phone calls to the shop tried to ignore calls so phoned on other phone they answered and tried to put the blame on delivery driver who said he only just left the shop with our orderSTAY AWAY THERE'S BETTER OUT THERE

Absolute joke of a place, lying to customers after an hour wait I called and was told it had left the shop, 30 mins later I called again and was told 20 more mins, the driver jas just confirmed he has only just left the shop with my families order, dont waste your money or your time with this place,

I have got the set meal for 3 several times now. Can pick any chicken, beef and prawn dish. Plus the chicken and sweetcorn soup is perfect, would definitely order again.

Very nice food, ordered through just eat. One of the best Chinese meals I've had since moving to stockton

Had 3 different meals at 3 different days disgusting mushrooms chicken rice gravy etc tasted of only salt and lots of it. Buy it if you want to waste money and have a stroke.

Horrible experience here. Ordered online when the food came suffered abuse from our driver who had a go at us for where we lived. If you are unhappy to drive the distance don't offer it. The food it's self was not worth the wait.

Incomplete order and terrible serviceWhen taking my order the owner struggled with English, not a problem however when receiving my order it arrived with part of it missing aswell as no egg being in the egg fried rice! When phoning to bring this to their attention and ask for the rest of my order I was told that I would need to wait an hour aswell as pay for my missing items because the owner didn't understand. I am really not impressed, especially when my little boy is still hungry! I will never order from this takeaway again!! I know mistakes happen, however there is NO excuse for poor service! Avoid this takeaway at all costs!
