Tasty Wok in Stockton-on-Tees

We received the food about 25 mins of ordering, the fastest time yet! However the food we received was wrong. When I contacted the store the owners Child answered, who I’ve seen in the store from time to time and is roughly around 7-9 years old at the latest. I found this a bit unprofessional as he didn’t really know how to deal with the situation and rather than an adult take the phone to solve the issue they left him to deal with me. They asked if I wanted it re delivered or free next time, I stated is would like it redelivered however I’m unsure if this will be the case as he couldn’t seem to understand what address I was giving him.

Waited 3 hours for our delivery! Told it was sent out the shop after 2 hours. Still nothing 1 hour later!! Cancelled my order as we were all past hungry. Staff on the phone were very apologetic.

Ordered food to be delivered in an hour on the website. It was 2 hours past the original delivery time, despite a phone call to find out what the delay was. It was obviously cold by then too. Be going some where else next time.

Had beef in oyster sauce with egg fried rice delicious highly recommend this superb take away will definitely return

Ordered a meal via their website @ 17:33, contacted them at 19:00 to see where our order was, was told to give them another 30 minutes, then contacted them again at 20:00 to cancel our order and request our payment back. I was instructed to go back to their website to request a refund, but was unable to see anywhere to cancel your order and request a refund. Whilst trying to find how toget a refund the delivery arrived and was stone cold

I’m aware there’s an asteroid heading our way but didn’t think I’d find it in the chip bag..!Usually love this place but recently the food has been well below par.. chips in particular reheated to within an atom of rock so much so that my teeth fell out!Will probably go back but avoiding the chips in future.. sorry TW…!

Been in for a Chinese takeaway . All the meats were hard and chewy and greasy had to put it all in the bin. stay well clear what a complete waste of money

Disappointing of late, the food is OK but the service is chaotic, the waiting time is around 3 hours and when it comes items are usually missing. It's playing the lottery with food, i can do that with a pick n mix. Will have to look elsewhere. Shame.

Had the benefit of a few meals and whilst most have been alright they're not brilliant. The portion sizes are OK, quality of ingredients reasonable. A couple of the dishes weren't amazing but at same time not horrible by any means. If I could, I'd have given 3.5*. To sum it up the best word to describe this place is "okay"
