TGI Friday's - Teesside in Stockton-on-Tees

We visited the restaurant for our sons birthday and we had a really great experience. They made a big deal of our little boy with lots of unexpected little extras which our son was over the moon with and we really appreciated that the team made him feel very special. Will definitely be visiting again! Well done TGIs!

Absolutely superb, I had the ultimate cheese melt which was great value for what you get, we also had a cob salad which was also very good. For desert we had chocolate brownie and the ice cream sundae which which both very good. Staff and service were brilliant. Would definitely go and again and recommend to other.

Went to have a nice time out with my Nan and partner. Safe to say the food quality was impeccable and the team were nothing less than outstanding. Tried the new meatless sesame chicken which was so tasty. The manager, Mari, brought over some tasters of the new meatless options to try (so tasty again) and the waitress Abi was so kind and made the experience worth the visit. Came here for a meal with friends, service was shocking we sat for about 10/15 minutes and still hadn’t had a drink order placed. Not once did anyone ask us how our food was or if we wanted a refill. We then caught someone and asked if we could order, he continued to roll his eyes at us and told us he would go get someone. The wait between starter and main was easily over an hour and when the food did arrive it was dry, looked like it’d been sat for ages and was overall not nice at all. Would not come back or recommend anyone else to. I don’t usually leave a review but I thought this was needed as I am struggling to think of anything good about the experience.

If you went to one TGI Friday restaurant you have seen them all. -1 star for lack of calories information at the menu. Nice service

Came out with work mates, for a pre christmas dinner. Had a good experience. Atmosphere was happy. Specially the person who served us was very good. A very pleasent lady called 'Zee'. She was full of smiles and was very attentive. Starters, mains and deserts kept on turning up in time. Enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recomended.

Went for a lunch date with the Hubby. We chose from the festive menu, it's was lovely. Well priced for 3 courses. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. Food was the best we have had in a while.

Food was OK, all premade though. Had better elsewhere for much less money. The atmosphere and decoration are quite nice.

Amazing food, amazing server, great food and drinks! Didn't even have to ask for refills the server just got them for us 😍 will definitely be back soon!

Lovely meal. Lovely waitress. I have been to numerous of these kind of franchise eateries over the years with varying food experiences, from 'I'm not eating that's, to that was OK. So this was a really pleasant surprise. Cob salad, made by THAT Chef, recommended.
