Always good food (the best home made chips!) and a warm welcome, even for our dogs. Fantastic village pub.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the beers not bad either. Always pop in for a pint or two when visiting my son.

Just out for a walk with the fam & dog. Dropped in for a pint. Really nice dog friendly pub. Worth a visit. Foods great too!! Book well in advance if you want to get in for Sunday lunch though. Very popular.

Meal for four this afternoon, Large Parmesan, two Steak & Ale Pies and Cod and Chips, absolutely gorgeous and great value, followed by 4 amazing desserts. Highly recommended.

The pub was lovely. Great decor and atmosphere only added to by the great food. We went as a family with a baby, 3 children and 6 adults. The staff were so helpful.

Open log fire. Deep pile carpets. Good menu. Freshly prepared. Well served. Great puds. Jam sponge & custard..Bread & Butter pudding and custard. Will be back!
