The Galleryes in Stockton-on-Tees

Left 90% of the food, service was so bad I wasn’t even asked if everything was okay, they just took it and quickly walked off emptying into a trolly like school dinners. General feel in this place is grim, what looks to be one of the owners a Middle Aged gentleman singing songs at the top of his voice to himself as if he was auditioning for X factor and decor from the late 80’s with the occasional tacky chair dropped in the mix. Wouldn’t recommend and was expensive!

Lovely little Cafe, just off Billingham town centre, above Boyes. Proper home cooked food and the staff are great. My wife and I go quite a bit since finding it a few months ago. Definitely recommend the carvery on a Sunday!

Always first class service, staff are very friendly and very approachable, the quality of the food is amazing, I love going in with my mam and having a cuppa and food, it is such a nice atmosphere and I could literally spend all day in there, there is something for everyone on the menu... even desserts!!!! Which are to die for! I always look forward to coming in!

Pleasant Staff, good deal on breakfast menu, good prices, for what you would pay at other places.

Waited 45 minutes for meal when it came it was dry it's the second time this has happened will not be using it again fish chips mushy peas the batter on the fish was hard and the chips and peas were dry

Absolutely amazing! Grate food and outstanding energy from the staff! You can tell the chef is in love with cooking and knows what he’s doing! “Carl the gravy king” is an outstanding guy! I love it here!

Very friendly service, clean tables and chairs. Food cooked to order and worth while wait for delious food.

Sadly this place has now changed managememt. It's not the good old Galleries like in Hartlepool and Middlesbrough anymore.2018 review:Lovely place for traditional English food. Fish and chips, scampi, etc. Need to walk upstairs to find it, next to Boyes.
