The Hambletonian in Stockton-on-Tees

Came for the family birthday last night and the selection of beers/alcohol is great. My dad had a gluten free Parmo due to his coeliac and he said it was lovely. The rest of us also massively enjoyed our food and the atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely return!

Small but Cody with nice view of the green. Decent and constantly changing selection of beers and the parmos are incredible.

A nice little bar that has a good selection of bottled beers wines and spirits. Cast selection of hand pumps as well. I would try their Bang Bang chicken if you get the chance.

Good little pub with nice views of the green. Good selection of craft beers and gin.Staff very friendly. Sometimes have live music too. Which is why I choose it for the setting for my husbands 40th.It's quite a small venue, but it was the perfect size for us. I invited about 40, we all fit in quite comfortably.I hired the upstairs and Julian the chef did us a great pulled pork with buns, roasties and coleslaw. It went down very well and there was plenty to go around.The staff were all fantastic, nothing was too much trouble.I was able to bring my tablet to plug in to the music system and have my own playlist.There was a great selection of gin and beers. My brother was driving and he enjoyed a couple of alcohol free beers.I would highly recommend the Hambletonian, whether it's for a quiet drink, a bite to eat or for a function.Thanks so much for a great night.
