Food was fine service friendly, quite busy, would use again.

I have been here a number of times over the years with family and the food has always been great. This spoon's is in a great Central high street location with disable access. Has a wide selection on food and drink with themed food evenings. The male and female toilets are located up stairs and look great always clean and tidy, with the disabled toilet downstairs In a corner and also clean and tidy. There is a outside veranda when you can sit on the warmer days. The food ranges from burgers, breakfasts, chicken dishes, vegaterian dishes, fish dishes and curry's and many more, with a selection of deserts. The food is good quality and most of the time warm to hot there has been a few occasions were they have not followed requests or the food wasn't hot enough. It can be quite roudy at times and I think the staff should take a more proactive approach to them type of people especially when it is family hours. The staff are friendly and approachable. You can also place orders for food and drink through there app. But a great place to eat at a reasonable prices.

Very popular with the locals. Friendly staff. Can't always get a table straight away, which maybe isn't necessarily a bad thing as the food is usually very good. Cheap food and drink (suitable for all tastes and budgets) Consistently clean and tidy. Toilets clean.Every 'Spoons will lose a star as they never have any background music.

Great pub, what you would expect from a Weatherspoons. Overall service is good and place is clean.

The food was nice, but it was as so loud all the time. Service was reasonable but I'd probably not be back due to it being so loud that I couldn't hear anyone I wanted to hear

Enjoyed a good catch up with friends in here 28th December. The staff were brilliant all afternoon into the evening even though they were obviously short staffed. ***The red haired guy at the bar and the young girl delivering food and glass collecting were the star players***

My local pub. Operated by weatherspoon chain.Been frequenting it for last 21 years. Absolutely spot on. Specially in winter, the seat by fireplace (table 50) is perfect. Very friendly staff. Disabled friendly and atmosphere is lively. Opens early and has good breakfast options. Coffee is amazing, its brewed by Lavaza machines, my personal favourite. Absolutely marvelous setting inside, and outside. A jewel on the historic Norton High Street. Lots and lots of character. Highly recommended.

Ist time there, pleasantly surprised. Very airy, lovely staff, nice and clean. Foods not bad either good value for money. 👍

We have been here a couple of times and it always delivers a good meal and atmosphere. However on this trip it has put me off coming back.Firstly the food, we order chips with lashings of Curry sauce... We received a plate of chips with a spoon full of curry sauce, covering about 1/4 off the chips. We had to ask for more sauce, which the staff were more than happy to do.Out of the 3 all day brunches we received, all 3 eggs were burnt, to which we had to ask For new eggs.My partner ordered scampi, however what we received wasn't to nice. It was well over cooked, to the point where the batter had turned dark brown. We didnt send this back as we were already fed up of complaining.The chicken wings where over cooked, and the crust became to Sharpe and dry, so eating them was a struggle. The sauces that came with them, wasn't to helpful as well and tasted cheap.I know that weather spoons isn't fine dining, but this is the first weather spoons meal we have head that didn't deliver to a good standard. The place wasn't to busy, so I am not to sure what was happening in the kitchen. However the staff were more than happy to help and everything we asked they did without a issue. The tables where nice and clean, however they do clog them up with magazines and that.
