The Manor House in Stockton-on-Tees

Terrible. Been before to Manor House and we enjoyed it.Got there at 6.15 tonight so it wasn't busy.Long wait for food, and when it came we were totally disappointed. We did get an apology, re the long wait which was a bonus.One of the young lads behind the bar obviously didn't want to be there. Hopefully when they hire new staff, they will make sure these people want a job.Quality of the food and quantity left a lot to be desired.We won't be returning.

Had Sunday lunch here food was very nice & the service was excellent will definitely be coming back

We had lovey food and service when we came, the same as always, except the time when your heating was off we ate our food in coats and scarfs xxx

Shocking experience. Waited over an hour for a booked table . Wasn't even busy. Tables left uncleared . Staff tried their best to be honest but obviously very badly managed . Zero atmosphere for a new years eve ...moved on as soon as we had finished our meal which was mediocre at best . Used to be an amazing pub...best avoided now.

Just visited on a busy new years eve. The staff very stretched but doing their absolute best. Had to write this review as it has to be the best parmo we have ever eaten in a pub/restaurant. Cooked to perfection,very tasty. Will be definitely be back for them again

I love the Manor House, it’s got everything! Friendly staff, amazing food and the cutest dog in the world. Fish and chips, more like whale and chips. Best Guinness pullers and a bar with gin for every colour of the rainbow. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the north east!

We came to The Manor House for a quick bite to eat over lunch a few days ago. Fantastic sandwiches, great drink selection and really attentive staff. We've already got a table booked again!

Went here yesterday with my elderly mam, she ordered off the childrens menu, i had the galic mushroom starter, both meal were lovely. Staff friendly, service efficient and staff ready to help.

I am 11 and have never reviewed anything EVER so this can be a honor. Well anywayssssss I am reviewing 5 stars for the amazing icecream because icecream = good. The raspberry sauce was amazing and sweet :D!

The Manor House is a large pub/ restaurant that's used by locals and regulars.Once a very high class place it's in urgent need of some TLC.There seems to be only one entrance into the pub from the carpark and this leads you straight into the restaurant.This can be a really cold place to sit while having your meal.The service,the amount of food, especially the deserts were great but it's just the decor,carpets etc that need looking at.I think the place needs splitting in two with separate doorways.The top half and bar area is great for sky sports and the pooltable.If I was a regular that's where I would be.
