The Owington Farm in Billingham in Stockton-on-Tees

What a lovely evening me and the family have had we went to celebrate a 18th birthday it was a last min discussion to go for a meal they happily accommodated us moving tables to make us comfortable and happy food was served very quickly and all at once and tasted great we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in until we left with full tummy and the odd hiccup caused by the good priced lager all in all we will be back again

We have twice tried to eat here on a Sunday night. The first time there was a sign on the door saying no food due to technical problems, the second time we visited we sat down at the table then told no food due to a problem.

Our first time coming and not very happy. The woman serving at the bar was clearly not wanting to be there and had no customer service skills. Half the menu they didn’t have in, fair enough but looking at reviews this is a common issue. My “rare” steak was extremely well done, struggled to cut it let alone chew it, and the garlic bread was even blacker! But then the egg was undercooked and watery. The last waitress seemed really lovely and understanding and the pool table was good however the next day two out of three of us feel really sick and unwell.

We always have a lovely time at the farm, great day with the family celebrating the jubilee yesterday, bouncy castle for the kids, great priced beer for the adults oh and the foods alls top notch happy customers all round 😃

Lovely friendly staff, always a warm welcome. Good food at a fair price and nice beer garden.

Meals have gone right down. Ordered a mixed grill and my son took a bite out of the corn on the cob. It was still frozen inside. I got a member of staff to take it away and the same corn was returned to us after a few seconds in microwave. Wont be eating here again

Pub is clean and tidy, The timing for food is good, and you are notified if there is a wait, the Dj on a Friday is fantastic and a brilliant atmosphere, family friendly pub and also allow dogs in the bar area.

The food was brilliant and value for money there was a good atmosphere with the football on as well

Menu limited as waiting for a delivery. Three things we picked were not in stock so had to settle for something else. Waited one hour for our food to come out. When it did the burger did not resemble the burger on the menu and the steak which was supposed to be Medium Rare was welldone. At the end when we tried to get our daughters dessert, the bar lady said we did not order one. We did she just forgot to put it through. Toilets were clean so that's good. Recommendations for the future- inform your customers that there is a limited menu on entering the premises to save disappointment and frustration. Read back the order to the customer to ensure its correct. Hire a chef that can cook to order.
