The Parmesan House in Stockton-on-Tees

Massive improvement since I last ordered, good value for money. Delivery driver was a bit of a cheeky guy, he knew what he was doing 😉 I know fuel prices are high and I tip anyway but don't push it kidda. Overall decent!

I waited over an hour and 20 Minutes for my pizza to turn up stone cold freezing…on contacting the store the reply I got was well next time come collect … not recommended

The chips from here are the best I've ever tasted, been ordering from here for over a year and they've never been late once, amazing food and good service.

Avoid this Takeaway Shop Food came in 1hr late also order wasan't complet. Shame I can give zero star I will defo tell friends to not use this shop

The food is amazing. Whenever we visit Stockton, always look forward to the pizza and parmesan. Always fresh and prompt delivery. The delivery driver is so polite and friendly.

Have been a few times and has been decent. Ordered tonight and although food was on time it was not great at all. Ordered 2 parmos and both had hardly any chicken at all. Were both just breadcrumbs . They very vary thin and crispy making them super dry. Neither of us finished even half of our parmo. Not happy 😒

THE WORST TAKEAWAY EVER!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!Ordered a meal deal 2, after 4 phone calls to get told its on its way (the guy in the telephone put it down on me twice with a right attitude - OVER 2 HOURS WE WAITIED! The food arrived cold and the pizza was missing. Rung straight away and got the engaged tone. I tried 27 times to call them back no joy. I then drove over 15mins to get to the pizza shop to be greeted by two guys who clearly didn't care. I asked for the pizza I had ordered to be told the driver still had it and he would leave it on the floor outside the house!?! Wow!! Not only had I left the food at my house to go cold I then had to collect a pizza off the floor which had been outside for 15 minutes whilst I made my way back from the pizza shop. I asked for a refund which i don't think was uncalled for which they said they would if I returned the food!?!? So let me get this right..... I'd waited over 1hr 45 for the food then the orders wrong I drive to collect it for you to say give us back and we will refund the money??? So I've wasted my time, got no food and then have to reorder with someone else. This pizza shop is a joke. Honestly the worst thing I have ever experienced!!

Ive always been a regular customer at parmesan house, they never fail to impress me. Where do I start, their staff service is good, food arrives warm and early and to top it off, the quality of the food is top notch. Would highly recommend
