Would have given five stars but just a few points to make. Attended a wedding here recently which was a lovely day. Food was great but glasses on the table where not collected and during the interval to change the room over for the evening reception guest went into the bar area. People were refused service at the bar because they weren't members so had to go into the other room to get a drink, only one member of staff behind the bar serving whilst in the bar area there were three.

Great golf course in good condition for the time of year,great food and a really friendly atmosphere.

Roast beef dinner was cold when served to our table of ten. Room was cold too. Not comfortable experience really. Might try again when the gas price goes down as it seems it wasn't on today

Lovely place to have a bite to eat. Very relaxed atmosphere and wonderful view onto the lush green course. You don't need to be a member or play golf to partake of the great food! Would highly recommend

Just played 18 holes at wynyard with our golf society. Firstly i was surprised it was open after the torrential rain the day before. The course was in great condition for time of year. Greens were great and not too slow. Finished off with steak pie peas and chips. Delicious. Well worth a visit.

We went to the Wynyard Golf Club to vote for our local councillors and as it was so comfortable and welcoming we decided to have a drink in the bar. Just browsing the menu for future reference we decided to have a sharing plate. Chicken, fish, wedges, onion rings and a wide choice of sauces. All lovely, hot and tasty. We will definitely be going back!

Visited for Sunday lunch. Lovely food, restaurant & attentive service. Very reasonably priced. Great views & plenty of outdoor areas to relax. Located on the Wynyard estate which is also well worth exploring.
