Best Chinese take away in Houghton and Fence Houses area. It has a varied menu compared to others locally, with lots of choice. Staff are friendly and the building looks clean. Can't beat A Lo's!

Looks can be deceiving..... It still looks the same as 20 years ago Iv been going here my whole life from being 10 years old and it's never changed hands in all the years. I'm 37 now and it's my families and my kids favorite Chinese. The chips and gravy never changes always been unreal. The salt n pepper spare ribs are immense and the menu is cracking. Foods always piping hot and spot on tastes delish. Never in 25 years have I had a bad meal from here. Ever! Will continue to fill mine and my families faces every so often with this food.

Food is always fresh and delicious- have never had a bad meal from here in the 25 years we've been coming. The only drawback is they don't deliver, otherwise they'd be perfect. Very reasonable compared to other nearby Chinese takeaways too.

Reasonable prices for decent quality food. Just had the duck in Cantonese sauce and it was really tasty. Service is quick and staff are friendly.
