Terrible service. Don't listen to comments and manager is a liar. Wouldn't waste your hard earned money.

Gone downhill the past couple of months. Waiting 1 hr 30 for delivery and cold by the time it arrives. Twice brought the wrong pizza. Used to be lovely

disgusting had to throw full take away had cheek to say i will give u summit free next time 27 pounds worth food and notgink bk to say sorry i order 30s to 59 pounds food a time carnt beleive they treat customers this way

We bought two chicken burgers, vegetarian burger, doner wrap and mixed kabab, the entire meal was vile.The kabab was dryer than a dry, It felt like I was eating rubber, there was no sauce, there was no seasoning to the salad.In my honest opinion, this wasn’t cooked by a trained chef, it was rushed and slapped together, the meat wasn’t fresh and I sincerely hope I don’t become I’ll from what I ate.The chips were like rocks, maybe they were old ones but certainly weren’t fresh.My husband order Diet Coke and yet we never received the coke, but we’re charged for it.Tell me what is he meant to drink with his meal, yet when we asked the driver.His behaviour was entirely inappropriate and even rude.I highly recommend that you give this establishment a wide burth.

Ordered a mega mac and a cheeseburger, asked do I want salad on the mega mac (usually meaning side salad) and if I wanted mayo. Burger came with no mac sauce just mayo, no salad, literally the same as the cheeseburger and very charred overcooked burgers. Buns were stale (gf smacked a section off the wall and tore the wallpaper with it) and when I called to complain got shocking attitude from lady on the phone saying I ordered it no salad and only mayo, explained it was not made clear that the mayo would be on the burger not for the chips and the mega mac I'd paid extra for was identical to the cheeseburger which was cheaper. Lady made sure to mention there was only 20p difference, sending another burger out and want the original back. Took a bite out of it just to annoy them, won't be going back after ordering from them for 4 years.Update - second burger came, soggy, chips were awful. Never again.

food was horrid and cold as per the last few times, i refused a refund tonight so wont be going back nor would i recommend anyone else to do so. I order from here multiple times a week so they knew im not a random just wanting money back. Manager also tried giving it the big one. Doesnt even deserve one star.

Absolutely deployable pizzas tonight...tastless and binned even kids didnt eat theres. And chips were warmed up off last week...vile!

First time ordering, won't be the last. Food was amazing

My first experience was not great with being a weekend night and obviously they were busy, my kebab was Abit dry and can of drink warm. However ever since the food has been great on collection, even so that im prepared to drive 15 miles from Durham into Sunderland for the food here. It's good prices for good portions and believe me I know my food, with most places I can find fault straight away, however here the food is pretty good, with friendly staff, I'm pleased so far.

Best kekab and Wraps in Sunderland, I drove from Darlington DL1 just for their giant nan Wrap worth every penny, excellent service too would definitely be going back. Food heaven
