Fabulous selection of cakes, desserts, scones, brownies. Beautifully presented, friendly staff. Would highly recommend. No photos because my purchases didn't hang round long enough!

Mmmmmm lovely little place of goodness.Lots of treats to satisfy the sweetest of tooths, great coffee and lovely staff, unfortunately I haven't been able to visit for a while so will have to make a point of heading down.Just revisited, they now do sandwiches, massive pastries, iced coffee etc, staff are lovely, very helpfull

I came across this little gem accidentally and what honestly whatcha find. The cakes from blackberries are lush. I love snickers brownies and chocolate orange brownies. I also love their pulled pork baguette. I can keep listings the food to the yummy list.They follow CORONA virus protocols strictly and only two people are allowed in the shop at a time with masks on. Well done to implement it. Staft is super friendly and allow dogs in the shop, which gets my thumbs up.There is free parking infornt of the shop which is very convenient. Also there is a small park in front of the shops which is very handy if you cant wait to take your purchase home you cant sit and enjoy it immediately.😁

Have been here plenty of times and it's lovely. However we've just got out of hospital today with a newborn after being in a few days and saw they'd run out of valentines boxes. I rang up to ask if they could make a cheeky exception for me given the circumstances... They just hung up the phone without saying anything!

Yesterday I collected some amazing cup cakes from Sam, I have literally never tasted anything like them, but not only the taste, the design of the cakes were outstanding...they were for my Mams 90th birthday and I wanted to given each grandchild a cake and a take away cuppa when they did a socially distant visit.Sam went the extra mile by really personalising the cakes.Thank you Sam.I would highly recommend Blackberries Patisseries.Can’t waitcto try the cheesecakes!

Wow, this place is awesome. I come here to get over the shock of my dentist haha and after leaving blackberries I always have a smile not just because I have a belly or box of delicious goods but because the girls are lovely chatty and nothing is to much. The cakes always light, fluffy, full flavour and have that home baked quality that you can’t get from those big chains. What puts this patisserie above the rest is that they have gluten-free and vegan options that are just as delicious as the “normal cakes” . If you live here your lucky to have them on your door step and if your passing by call in it’s worth it believe me!

The best cake shop in the North East, absolutely wonderful cakes & the staff are lovely, try them you will be hooked I know I am.
