Broadway Wok in Sunderland

One week it’s nice then it’s horrible the next

Would rate this place 0 stars if there was an option. Clearly states on just eat that this restaurant delivers to our address.. we took time and effort to fill in a full order and paid to then get a text message saying there was a problem and we would be getting a refund.We rang up to see what the issue was and to see if we could reorder over the phone to be told we don’t deliver to your area of Sunderland we won’t take any new addresses from there … sorry but if this is the case 1. Why are you discriminatory towards ‘our area of Sunderland’ and 2. Why do you advertise CLEARLY on just eat that you do deliver to my area and post code?The attitude from the man on the phone was awful the customer service is beyond a joke!

No stars should be an option. Cold and horrible, my partner asway said Sunderland had better Asian food. Also engaged when I tried to winge 5 times

i rang up, guy didnt speak a word of English. asked for a coke. when delivery came through i got some mustard so angry ive booked my tickets to Afghanistan to have a word all round good experience

Food was terrible and the food was burnt will never order from here again it like they give me the scraps and waited to long for it to come

Dont get the black bean sauce. Its so salty its inedible. Told my son, but he tried it anyway....TWICE! Thats 3 meals straight into the bin. Litterally, it would be easier to drink sea water. They obviously never taste their food, seems they just slop it up.

I ordered from broadway wok for the first time last weekend. I'm exceptionally fussy and have allergies they were happy to answer my long list of questions. After placing my order the lady said she hopes I enjoy my meal and have no allergic reactions. The staff were very polite and the food was the best we've had and we tried a variety of dishes from there. Will definately be ordering from there again. Thank you broadway wok.

It was far to hot xould not even eat it got one a few weeks before and it was lovely dont no if change chef buy the hole lot went in bin x

Ordered shredded chicken but more like small chicken pieces. But as usual it tasted very nice.
