Caffe Nero in Sunderland

Flat white was so good I had two. Staff were friendly and shop was clean. 👍

Nice and cozy play with view at the city centre but sometimes the coffee is bad, especially when the place is full.

Went at lunchtime. Very busy. Tea was a teabag in a cup so quite strong by time paid and removed bag. £5.40 for small cup tea and 1 1/2 sausages in a bun. Tasted good though .

Over priced, Lattes the day we tasted were worse than a Greasy spoon cafe but more expensive! The cakes we ordered tasted very cheap buf again were quit expensive, won't be going there again.

Now this is my favourite cafe. Great service, always friendly, good atmosphere. Kelly and Leanne and the rest of the staff are tops

Convenient location. Only a minute's walk from Sunderland station. Good hygiene. Food and drinks are tasty.

Visited this place on Saturday 4th December, absolutely wonderful member of staff who stayed calm and professional throughout my visit, why was this young lady working on her own? She had to cope with long queues without any help from anyone and she did so with patience and kindness towards customers. I am afraid that I now consider Cafe Nero an absolute no no, if this is how you treat your staff then you should be ashamed as a company, absolutely disgusting attitude towards your staff, ain't visiting your place again.

Great coffee (second best decaf around), but the service is always so slow!! Customer service is really important, but chatting with regulars while there's a queue isn't great. Neither is having all the trainees on the bar all at the same time.A real shame because I love this place (and the almond croissants).

Lovely freshly made coffee, the staff are really friendly too! My new favourite coffee shop!!
