Classic Pizza in Sunderland

Just had the worst kebab wraps I've ever had in my life, the place needs shutting down, absolutely rotten, avoid at all costs!

Ordered from here for years. Last order was Saturday night with a special Kebab. The pitta bread was mouldy which put me off my meal before i had even started. Never again

This place has seriously went down hill lately. The kebab gives you the runs. The pizza is over cooked the bases are thin even though you don't ask for a thin crust pizza. The dough is sloppy. The past three times have been the exact same experience. I used to like ordering from here as well such a shame classic isnt reaching people expectations. Fair to say I will be trying a different place to get kebab and pizza.

Twice I have ordered from here on Uber Eats and twice the order has been cancelled. Why advertise on the Uber Eats app if you don't want to fulfil orders. Just because your 'Claim To Fame' is Jordan Pickford uses your establishment don't get too big for your boots!

Ordered a pizza to Birtley, order got accepted. Waited an hour for the pizza to come at about 11:20pm and said it would arrive 12ish. Never came, when we finally got through to the place they told us they don’t deliver to Birtley! Even better the place was closed, spent about £20 and waste of my time wouldn’t recommend. Also not sure how to get money back

Ordered a meal deal late last night, top notch... Tried most on the high street and their pizza maybe top them all, kebab meat was decent, chips arrived piping hot, garlic and chilli sauce were spot on. Ordered through uber eats. Thanks 👍

3rd time ordering and 2nd time they left onions on after i specifically asked for them removed, as i brought up this issue the staff member on the phone he told me that i was in the wrong and it is my own fault the onions were still present

If the chilli sauce wasnt so nice id give it 1 star. The parmesan is literally the worst parmesan ive ever eaten in my life. It was basically a chicken burger with cheese. No bechamel sauce in sight, chicken base over cooked and lack of the wrong type of cheese. Bloody awful.

Dont order from these idiots. I made my first order a few days ago and was waiting for almost one hour when it arrived the free cheese & tomatoes pizza was not their I rang to complain and the guy on phone said can you just leave it tonight we are to busy. I could not believe what he said I told him it was my sons meal and what he starves because your busy. He agreed to send one out and when it arrived I opened it to find a 10 inch garlic bread with cheese something my son does not like. Who ever the reception staff are needs sacking he's losing you customers.

I used to love ordering from here but it's gone downhill like a car with no brakes the past few months, I've just ordered and it came to £32, firstly I ordered a ten inch chicken BBQ pizza and it was riddled with onions like a prostitute riddled with std's, secondly the ham and pineapple pizza was like slop and tasted like a corned beef pasty, might as well have went to greggs, I ordered a bottle of Pepsi and a bottle of tango, I got Pepsi but I got a can of apple tango and when I rang up about it they seemed to think it was fine because they didn't charge me for a bottle, regardless of the fact that I ordered a bottle! When I mentioned the onions in the pizza I was told that it always has onions yet it didn't the last time I ordered it? SPOOKY, it smelled like my chips were deep fried in vinegar, I think the kebab was marinated in a puddle, and just to top it all of the pitta bread was as dry as ghandi's flip flop. Safe to say I'm disgusted. Won't be going here anymore.
