I’m interested in buying some ice machine for my business. Unfortunately it’s a waste of time to deal with this company. I enquired a price for a machine which was too hard and time consuming task for the lady who I was speaking with. She advised me to get a price from other companies and go back to her. He also adviced me to consider buying another model which is cheaper, unfortunately she couldn’t provide me with any details or price. She also refused to send me an email with comparison. That’s the type of attitude you don’t want to deal with.

Very bad service I bought a display fridge lot went wrong with it they always got to deal with another company, one issue took three endeneers to get sorted,brand new fridge that now I think it was a used one, near the end of warranty the front panel of fridge fell only two glue dots blue tak like were holding it so got in touch with them again told me to deal with this Pentland company I explained the problem to them they told me to put this in writing send by email not heard anything till now and still waiting.
