I went. First thing in the morning and unfortunately could only sample the take away. I ordered a coffee that was not to the usual Costa Coffee standard. Feeling disappointed with the unfortunate news that I could not have a slice of toast sitting down, I was even more disappointed with the lack of taste to my coffee.I also noticed that the bins had not been emptied from the day before and the facilities lacked an air of cleanliness for the small shop it was. The staff could not be faulted in friendliness but could maybe redirect their spare time to the upkeep of the environment.

Nice place for a cappuccino as usual! It is in the city centre so great location! Helpful and friendly staff. Also great customet service. Really clean and tidy around the cafe area. Glad I can use my loyalty card and earn points too!

Speedy and friendly service by the baristas! Produced a great cup of cappuccino and summer fruit tea. It was quite quiet even though it had many people in the store.

Very friendly staff greeting me when I walked in. I came in for breakfast and it was very quite when I walked in at 8:00, but it quickly got busy as it got towards 9:00. They staff suggested a new coffee roast they have and I was pleasantly surprised. Exactly what I would expect from a well established brand.
