Love this place. Always on time, always hot food and fresh. Lovely drivers who always go above and beyond. ❤️

They have fantastic pizza of different prices

Ordered two weeks ago and the order turned up with a few items missing. Rang up and they were having problem with drivers so agreed to refund for the missing items. No refund happened within a few days so I completed their survey negatively. They rang to apologize and said they forgot to say refunds can take 3-5 days. Two weeks later and still no refund has appeared.

There is an employee there that is beyond rude, her name is Melissa. I go to the university here and was given a wrist band for £6.99 pizza, but the wrist band never fit me so I just kept it in my wallet. Melissa said I can’t use it and was being very unreasonable, she’s absolutely miserable and will clearly be working at the Dominos forever as she acts like it’s her own company and she’s making profit from it.

To Thomas - thank you for your patience and eagerness to assist us with our orders. Keep it up. Thank you for your friendly disposition.

It's fine. It's a domino's so not much to say. The staff were very friendly and the pizzas were good. They actually got one of ours wrong, but happily sent the correct one out straight away.

Order from here every week and most of the time the orders are okay but tonight one of the pizzas is literally toast. Not on really considering I’m spending £40 and they can’t get there speciality right first time. To make things worse, the replacement sent out arrived over an hour later and that one was stone cold. Not happy at all and very frustrating.Thanks,Lee.

AVOID! Worst dominos pizza I’ve had by far. Ordered one pizza and it was covered in a weird orange grease. I called up and complained about it and spoke to the very rude manger who made me bring the pizza back to the shop and exchange it for another one. Once I got there she made me check the new pizza in front of her to make sure it was okay and all seemed well until I came home and bit into it to find the same orange grease dripping out. Worst pizza I’ve had in my life and it nearly made me throw up. SERIOUSLY AVOID!!!

Very fast, friendly service from this branch of Domino's. Excellent pizzas, which were delivered to our hotel piping hot whilst staying overnight in the city. Some decent offers to be had when ordering online. Will definitely use again when next in the area. I know it’s only a pizza delivery but was really impressed with the service, and especially the delivery from Parvez. It was quick from point of order to arrival and the pizzas were great. Makes a nice change as we don’t get pizza delivery that often but will definitely use again.

Order every week for our household. Always the same veggie pizza for me. Tonight it came with raw toppings that fell of the pizza. Rang and spoke to a very polite and professional gentleman who said he would send a replacement with the next driver.Five minutes later a rude girl rang and aggressively asked 'can you tell me exactly what was wrong with your pizza'. So I did. She put me on hold for a while before coming back to tell me there couldn't be anything wrong with it. I suggested she came and had a look at the raw mushrooms, which she declined.In the end I was so sick of her rude attitude I told her not to bother sending anything else and from now on we will order from another dominos in Sunderland.Did she call just to antagonise me or is she just an unprofessional jobsworth with a terrible approach to customer service?Poor show Dominos Central. Very poor show.
