worst experience of my life made me not stop vomiting all night definitely didn’t cook the meat properly clearly wont be ordering from here again

3/5 orders over the months have required me contacting the store to say items are wrong, missing or the latest scenario of not been delivered at all despite flagged as delivered via the app. I have zero confidence is this store!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered online from Sunderland North and 1 hour later my order was still being “prepped”. I called the store just for them to tell me that my order was cancelled by “IT” because they no longer deliver to the area although the money had been taken out of my account. I was advised that i would receive a refund within 3-5 days and no email confirming this refund had even been sent. So disappointing!

Good food. Service not good. No hello, no goodbye. Didn't get asked what I wanted, I told the assistant and he nodded. The first words from his mouth were him asking me to stand outside, i said its raining and he shrugged his shoulders and said "its policy". Pretty sure that policy is outdated. Then I went back in after 10 minutes to collect the pizzas and got told to stand back outside again whilst he was serving a customer. after that stinking attitude i'll not be returning again

Nice place to get a really cheap personal pizza, however I feel if you plan on getting a larger pizza it does seem more expensive than the local takeaway. Nevertheless, great tasting food and nice customer service.

Delivery was spot on and well within time.The pizzas’ themselves, well.....One medium crust and one thin and crispy both large...BOTH soggy from the centre through a quarter of the pizza and stuck so much to the box we couldn’t get it off without a spoon.Normally I would have rang to complain but we literally had 20 mins to go out so no time.For the price I’m fairly disgusted.Seriously, we have had better from a take away on a drunken night out.

Pizza OK but service stinks. Ordered six pizzas for my daughters birthday party. Called an hour later to find out from the most useless member of staff (who kept calling me fella) that we'd have to wait a further 40 minutes. I asked why are you still taking orders, not informing customers, etc but every question was then re-asked of the manager who was also a waste of time. Don't take orders if you can't complete them. Won't use again.

Practically the worst experience ever. Ordered pizza at 20:20 and called an hour later to check the status only to be told by a rude member of staff that my pizza hadn’t been made and I would just have to wait. 2 hours later no pizza, when the delivery driver finally turned up I refused to pay for something that was 2+ hours late. Domino's Pizza they do what they say on the box if you give them money you get a pizza you eat it at some point in the future you will give them more money and eat more pizza it's that kind of thing. The fact that you could cook your own top quality steak dinner for the same price as a Domino's Pizza doesn't seem to put off thousands of people every day up and down the country giving tens of pounds away for what is effectively the crust on the end of a very big round loaf covered in cheese and tomato.
