Cake and tearoom is really good homeade the lemon and coconut was a bit off but beets Nero's nothing else staff is good and planta good quality

Very friendly staff.Nice venue but can be quite noisy with a loud echo.Could do with a canopy across the ceiling to muffle the echo, s of people talking.

Lovely tearooms. Bright, clean and friendly. Best fish and chips in the area.

Home made steak pie excellent wife had lasagne she said it was very good price ok.

Coffee and cheese scone very good, as always. Service a bit slower than usual but it was a bank holiday weekend.

A good collection of quality plants. I think they are a small independent. Staff are friendly. During lockdown they delivered bedding plants etc...

Visited garden centre today and as usual called in to the cafe as it was pre lunch order time we ordered bacon and sausage rolls and a tea and coffee. The rolls came and after 20 minutes when I enquired at the counter if there was any chance of our hot drinks coming the girl informed me that she was extremely busy and she was the only one who could make coffee, after a further 10mins the drinks eventually were brought to the table by another young lady who whilst clacking chewing gum kept sweeping her hair out of the way, should have been in a hair net. We then sat and watched an older lady from the kitchen come out with a tray of cakes and attempt to put them into the milk/cold drinks fridge, when they did not fit she took the domed lid off and slammed it down on the floor, then once she got the cakes in to the fridge she then picked the lid off the dirty floor and put it onto the cakes saying to the young coffee maker told you they would fit. Needless to say we will not be back if that is what they do infront of you what do they do behind the scenes.

Good selection of plants.Nice coffee and cheese scones at good prices.First visit and will return.
