Fountain's in Sunderland

Tried this place yesterday and extra large haddock and chips was enough for 2 people. Delicious food at great prices. Highly recommended. Will be back soon.

Ordered cod bites, chips and curry sauce. Was ready when I got there and it was all boiling hot when I got home. It was delicious, I would definitely order from again and I think I’ve found my order when I do. Also portions were large enough to feed more than 1 person 😊😊

Best fish and chips ever,always put fish in fresh as we like it lightly battered and well done chips always piping hot it's that nice we eat them in the car as we can't wait to get home !

Best fish shop I have ever been to, the fish and chips are beautiful. What I like is the owner asks you if you need anything cooking as soon as you come in the shop. So once you get to the front it's nearly ready. Rather than stand in the queue 10 minutes then have to order it and wait another 10 minutes

I've ate a ton of fish and chips in my lifetime. In my opinion these are the best money can buy. Cooked wonderfully and fantastic value for money. I travel miles on a bus to get them. Fabulous

Tried this for the first time after being recommended by friends and it’s shot straight to our number 1 choice when we want fish and chips. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food and the mushy peas were outstanding like good old fashioned steeply peas instead of the runny ones you seem to get everywhere else. Can’t wait to try them again!
