Gills Golden Fry in Sunderland

Order my food took hour to come.

This place has gone right downhill went in yesterday 14/4/22 the staff were running about like headless chickens someone was on the phone complaint of something missing out of there order, I had to tell them 3 times what I wanted. When I got home part of my order was missing so had to drive back to the shop to pick 2 sausages up for the kids! Wish I hadn’t bothered the chips were all chip ends and tasted like they been sat all day, my partner ordered a kebab they didn’t even bother heating the pitta up which wasn’t too big a deal but the salad was literally hand picked out of a big bucket and flung on so had a bag of lettuce and half a cucumber on! No red cabbage nothing no care was taken they even charged me extra for the tiny chilli sauce since you only get 1 tiny sauce with the kebab. Wont be going back here was no organisation nothing and food was bleak ! Disappointed !

Food nearly 45 mins late, food cold when delivered and then salad n sauces missing.Not be back

Never got my food. Went in no chips no pizza and staff couldn't wait to finish...never again

Preferred it when the old owners were here. Honestly a shame to see this new owners come and run down the business, clearly have no understanding on how to run a successful business. Really need to sort themselves out, its been more than 2 years and you haven't improved. They are beginning to get themselves a list of people who no longer want to come to the shop because of the new owners who are so rude and disrespectful.

Beautiful food fish and chips are the best quality we've had always on time with delivery as well won't go any where else
