My first (ever) pizza shop as a kid, and were lush. Went down hill, not sure how it is now??

Service is spot on ....Lee puts together the best pizzas I've ever had ...fish and chips just scrumptious... From the Lemon lady

The worst fish and chip ever will never go back . Chips were hard and fish batter were just thin grease Yes cheaper but no taste or quality don’t go pay for some decent food from any other shop

Omg.. asked for chicken,chicken tika and kebab wrap,wrap stuck to paper no chicken tika,soaked in a brown sauce and salad mixed in,asked for salad separate. Kebab dry.chips cooked in old,burnt oil.. Pizza doughy..spent £17.00 in total to be chucked away.never again

Best pizza in Sunderland by far, much much better than dominoes an papa johns, good fair price too, had the chicken and sweetcorn pizza in BBQ sauce, outstanding it was.

Best pizzas in town, kebabs are lovely, proper chips, generous portions and served by lovely people 👍 I wouldn't gan anywhere else. Never disappoints lovely scran

The food is fantastic I've just had a chicken kebab. My god it was the best I've had in years. Highly recommend Lees. Fantastic!!!!

Chips are nice and unhealthy, cooked in beef dripping (aka lard) but the staff are a bit dumb, I had to repeat my order THREE times because they just couldn’t understand and then charged me more than the advertised price, I don’t use them anymore

Friendly people who run it, always make me feel welcome. Pizza (kabab, mushroom, onion, jalapeno) is lush from here and packed full. Kababs are ok tho portion size could be a little better but not alot. Chips could be better. Not tried fish yet but i cant imagine it not to be like most places.

Surprisingly nice! Never manage to finish a portion of fish and chips, normally. Fried in beef dripping, too..old style!
