Lovely Chinese food, barbecue spare ribs are the best.x

Poor quality of beef hard as old boots definitely not fillet steak as advised my advise to the takeaway is advertise as what it truly is I did not expect a lot of steak for the price of it was truly what It advised it as i would rather pay for the quality or an smaller portion for the higher quality beef because of this I will not be using your restaurant again I advise to go elsewhere for fillet steak in Cantonese style sauce I hope the takeaway looks at this message and changes for the better whith my advice thanks sorry wish I could give better review but on this occasion the beef was truly hard and chewy

We ordered a takeaway from The Great Wall I ordered a Red Thai Chicken curry with fried rice it didn’t taste nothing like a Thai red curry it had lots of onion but didn’t taste like a red Thai curry it was ok but not what I ordered. The other meal was a z Thai Mansman Prawn curry with fried rice, it also had lots of onion mostly all onions and it tasted the same as the other meal it was ok but not what I thought it would be. I have ordered red Thai chicken curry 3 times and each time it has tasted different to the last meal which is very disappointing won’t be ordering again.

We’ve used Great Wall frequently in the past without any problems, but the past twice our food has been delivered only after over an hour’s wait each time. Tonight, every item of food was cold and has had to be reheated. The battered sweet and sour chicken was barely recognisable as chicken and was extremely stringy and unappetising. Most of my meal has gone in the bin. We won’t be using this place again.

If you like your food with flavour do not order food from here. The food arrived very early but my Thai Massaman curry looked more like lumps of beef in a gravy. No taste whatsoever, not even a chilli! I rang up to speak to the business immediately and was pretty much told it is what it is. I asked if they could come and collect it and see for themselves so I could either get a refund or switch the dish and was told no. Very poor customer service. My partners dish seemed ok at first but after a 2 mouthfuls it was the same experience. The salt and pepper chips were soggy and the prawn crackers where stale and tasted of fish oil. Appalling food and service.

Absolutely fantastic food ,arrived spot on time and food piping hot .I will definitely order from here again .Someone recommended it to me and what a good recommendation it was

Been here a few times now and it's always hit and miss last night we ordered and we both couldn't stop being sick all night the food seemed fresh this is twice it has happened now! Think we will call it a day and never order again from here.

Third time the food's arrived an hour after the estimated time. I get that Saturdays are busy but just put a longer estimate instead of tricking people with false arriving times. Ridiculous.

This is the worst chinese I've ever had in my life .The food arrived and was luke warm. The prawn curry was watery. The prawns were hard and the onions not even cooked. The rice was mush and had a funny taste .the chips were reheated. My family never get takeaways and wantsled a treat but were left disappointed. Just eat had this at 5/6 stars. Obviously not true.

I don't know why there's so many negative reviews...The food has always been fresh and well cooked...I've been going here for about a year now and I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal...
