KFC in Sunderland

Visited this KFC and decided to eat inside disabled daughter in a wheelchair we were there there 1 hour and 1o minutes and got a £100 parking fine, absolutely fuming will never go back to this retail park.....

Didn’t have much of the menu on, ice creams/Krushems machine was “broken”Eventually ordered a rice box to be told that they didn’t actually have any boxes for the box meal.. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Much better KFCs out there!

Tiny signs saying £100 fine after 1 hour (which do not comply with bpa guidelines). This is totally unreasonable for paying customers and kfc claim they have no power to reverse this as its the landlord decision and they don't own the car park . Won't be going here again as a result, one hour isn't enough. Shame as the restaurant was good quality and friendly staff.

Absolutely ruined my chicken Tuesday, bein pure sly not giving us beans...just rice that was dryer than a nuns chuff. Also needed a crispy cold Pepsi to wash me dry chicken down and they didn’t have that! Absolute liberty lyk, it’s not big and it’s not clever. KFC sort it out cause it’s not on. Staff was a little angry midget and she had a bad attitude. This is one of my 13 reasons, goodnight xx

It takes an age for your order to arrive. Delivery Driver waited at restaurant almost 20 mins before my order was even ready, it took him 8 mins to even get there to collect. Nearly half an hour to prep an order, then delivery time on top!! Don't order from here if you're hungry!

What a JOKE!!!! Firstly the woman who took my order seemed like she was in space. Had to go over my order 3 times. When I paid and was given my change nearly £5 IN SLIVER 10p ,20p and 5p she managed to drop half of it.Whet round to collect my order From another window and was told to park in a bay. I told them that I was in a rush and couldn’t wait (the whole point I went to a fast food drive through - what I never normally do) . I also asked if they could make sure that there was sauce on my sweet chilli bites ( because last time they were dry as a nuns *****. ) . He assured me he would make sure there was sauce on. So I waited 8 mins for my order (thank god now I could get home after a busy stressful day).I have arrived home and I am furious. Honestly I’m furious. I have a pot of sweet chilli bites missing and I have 9 hot wings missing! And to top it off the other two pots of sweet chilli bits may as well go to church ..... yep DRY!!!!I have tried to call the KFC 4 times and no answer . I have left 4 voice mails asking them to call me . 9 hot wings and a pot of chilli bites is about £6.50. I’m sorry but that is unacceptable for that much of an order to be missing.Unsure if the staff are genuinely challenged mentally or they are smoking something. But I don’t understand how they can forget to put items in. It’s not that hard!!!! And for not answering the phone . I suggest somone rings be back because I’m over that way every day for work and they don’t want an angry , sleep depraved , hungry new mother turning up at there drive through . Because even a Karen would look tame !!!!!KFC get your fingers out and get back in touch with me you robbing .... people !

What a disgrace food was cold, oily items missing not worth the wait at all. Took food back complain and said items were not available why have it on menu when not all ingredients are available? Not be ordering again.

Nice staff but I don't recommend sitting in! Dirty tables, rubbish and spilled drinks on the floor! Awful! 15:13 6th of Nov

Place for Late night hunt . It was opened till 11pm .We enjoy the family bucket . Got 10 pieces chicken , mash, coleslaw, beans ,4 fries and a big bottle of Pepsi for 16.99£ . It’s worth .

Had a Zinger burrito and a wrap. Good food and a decent KFC. Definitely would recommend.
