McDonald’s in Sunderland

Shocking always an issue with the orders on Deliveroo. This time 2 happy meals missing but the adult meals arrived. Try to call the restaurant they don’t answer the phone, had to place another order so the kids could eat. I blame the restaurant as clearly your not checking them before you send them out!!!!!

better staff than a few years ago. Shop is still the same though. Forecourt (entrance) is still filthy and extremely cluttered, with drink stains on the pavement and food bags left, this will attract seagulls. Foot carpets have detritus on them due to not being vacuumed throughout the day

Alright, but I had to order numerous times as the touch screen kiosk kept failing to proceed to payment screen.

A bunch of unruly teens who throw food at anyone they think can't defend himself or herself . Staff just watch and said nothing while I got thrown out food by about 7 teenagers.

A member off staff spoke to my Granddaughter and her Boyfriend Terrible, she was putting her Phone on Charge before she ordered and she was shouting ar them to order when they went to order, she went over and turned the Charger , off and told my Granddaughter it interferes with the Traffic they are 18 years old and all my Family have been Comeing in your restaurant since you opened and I come from a big respectable Family, we even have Delivery's sent out , Your Restaurant is in High St you need to teach your Floor Staff to speak to people with Respect we Spend a lot of Money when we come

some sweaty worker with long greased hair walking about picking his nose while eating them while my bairn is sitting there wants to eat his food never felt so disturbed proper scruff food went straight to the bin

Had ordered through the arcade and did nor received any receipt. Needed to be very aware the number displaied on the machine because that is the order number. Anybody could claim yours if you do not pay attention when they shout numbers, no control about this.Food was just worm, like it stayed under the sun light all day, then served it....Is the last time when I spend money into a McDonald's restaurant, even I do not like the Franchise, I said to give it one last chance.Disappointed behind the imagination.

Great fast Service for a quick bite! Ordered a cheeseburger. Expected it to be made like usual but had to wait so got a nice hot off the grill cheeseburger. Better than expected. Tasted great!
