Rip off. Gravy was freezing and the two salt and pepper chips where either plain chips mixed with peppers and onions or they just finished rgot and sent plain chips. Never again.

Just had crispy King prawns in hot sauce, vegetarian udon noodles and salt and pepper chips. Absolutely delicious as usual.

Never again!! Ordered a chicken and beef szechuan, fried rice, chips and a pancake roll. When the meal came there was no chicken. I can't eat beef so I phoned the restaurant. They wouldn't have any of it. They said they would only refund for the szechuan but as far as I'm concerned, the whole meal was ruined. What am I supposed to eat, chips and rice on their own. Disgusting food and service. Never again!!

Never had a bad experience thus far. Ribbs were a little dry and overcooked this time but nothing to ruin a meal over. The rest of the food was excellent as usual.

Been going here since i was a kid because my family always used to get from them ive ever only had 1 issue and was a refund but that got sorted within 1 hour and i re ordered the food and service is excellent always has been my favourite Chinese shop

Preordered this afternoon for delivery at 6:15 rang up 6:50 still wasn’t here. Arrived at 7:10 with no chips rang them said wasn’t on order when it clearly states it was refused me chips n know apology won’t order again disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting had to put Cantonese sauce dish in a bowl because like water,had no taste, spare ribs in orange sauce had no taste went in bin so waste of 25.0 as we also got house curry which was ok but 1/2 of that went in bin

Steak was cheap and chewy. Ribs were dry and tasteless. Sweet and sour sauce was vinegar and the chips were all nasty end bits.

I haven't used this takeaway for a few years now and I will not be back there again it used to be a nice place with nice food but not any more it is a disgusting overpriced and low quality food the last time we used it the food was awful you try to complain they don't listen could be why these are not open most of the week .

Food was late by 1 hour and arrived cold.spoke To a very rude Zowie, who refused to give Me a refund then hung the phone.This Chinese don't take pride in the customer satisfaction, neither delivering hot food. I would not recommend this Chinese.
