Great food.. under new management and you can tell. Food is fresh staff are friendly and quality great 👍 worth a visit.

Was a bit hesitant to go back after the last time I got chips they were cold raw and over all undercooked, last night we got the battered sausages which were cold and tasted like they'd been sat there all day, barely warm, chips slightly undercooked, the man who I presume to be the manager/owner didn't speak to us and pretty much threw the food at us when it was ready, we said thanks smiled and left after receiving food we were met with blank stares, HOWEVER the young lad who served us was great and clearly cared bout customer service!

Absoultely beautiful fish and chips was supposed to be small portion there was loads and beautifully cooked and didn't wait long for delivery definitely use again.

AVOID - My daughter and her boyfriend got a meal from here and found multiple hairs in the meal.The takeaway REFUSED to replace the meal and when I called they again REFUSED to resolve this food hygiene issue (Foreign object in food).None of the staff were wearing hair coverings and despite the hairs being of different colour to the children's hair the staff blamed this on them.The takeaway was inspected by public health only 2 month ago and was only rated 3/5.

Driver didn't understand English along with person who took order, food came and was terrible pure tasteless

We've been visiting this pizza shop every week since they opened. Been loyal customers. Always happy with our food until recently. We ordered for our family of 5, food took more than the expected waiting time to arrive. It arrived with all our burgers soggy and flat. Our cheesy garlic bread was extremely greasy underneath. I called pizza shop to explain our concerns, I agreed we'd accept a discount with next order out of the goodness of my heart instead of taking a full refund because I believe in supporting our local businesses. Called them this evening and they've advised I should have taking refund or I should take my custom elsewhere if I was unhappy with food. I tried to explain that I want to continue shopping with them because its the first time we had a problem after many visits before. The manager advised me he would give me 20% off and I should expect food to be how it was the last time I received it. It makes me very sad to know I'm not a welcomed loyal customer. We will sadly have to take our custom elsewhere

Ordered for delivery. Smokies were liked microwaved cheap sausages, chips were undercooked terribly. Got a large garlic sauce which has 1/4 of it missing. I know people may say this because they are disgusted but seriously I wouldn’t feed this to an animal I took one look at my meal and didn’t even taste it I felt sick after picking up the flopping smokies and raw potatoes. I can’t believe I wasted £19 just to make me feel sick in my own home. What a disgrace!

Got a takeaway from here on Friday for the first time and I was really impressed. We got a chicken and donner kebab, pepperoni pizza, cheesy chips and garlic bread with cheese for us all to share and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The website page was simple and straight forward to place our order. The food was delivered within 40 mins. Food was hot and delicious. Delivery driver was friendly and polite and followed social distancing guidelines. Will definitely order from here again.

Delicious pizzas and best BAB meat around.

Pizza and chips, were spot on, surprised actually as the last owner was gash.. Miles better than the previous people who owned it. If you're in Oxclose, defo give the new guy a try.
