Delicious a bit expensive but well worth it. you can tell the food is fresh. Pizza is quality plenty of cheese😁 same goes for everything I've had from here 👍

This place has gone waaaaaay downhill.I called in on a friday night after work, they had run out of kebab meat, that shouldn't be happening to a good takeaway on a friday night. Forgot parts of my order, didn't realise until i got home. The staff seemed so unorganised. Food was really nice though.

Getting very expensive here now with forever shrinking portion sizes. Used to be a really good chippy but a lot has changed.

Ordered, food half missing, only a splash of gravy on my so called chippy butty. Freezing cold ended up in the bin

Food delicious as always. Although chips were cold when delivered, after a quick call to the shop, they delivered a fresh pack. Minor inconvenience as food is always great from here. Still gets 5 stars!

Staff can lack tact, but good, classic food. Easily one of the best places for Fish & Chips in South Tyneside.

Really disappointed with the service I have received during the last few visits. I persevered hoping it would get better but to no avail. If you're ordering, you MUST order before you go. They have no interest in serving the customers in the shop so you will wait a VERY long time while they fill telephone and online orders before they even get round to acknowledging that you're there.While the weather is dire and there are strict covid restrictions, I would recommend they think about the customers who have made an effort and are lined up outside in the cold and wet before they fill orders that could wait another 5 minutes. I am genuinely disappointed as the food is usually decent but I can see this place following the same pattern as Balti Masters.

Best chippy in the area. Never had a bad meal from here. Service is fantastic too. Staff very friendly. If your getting food delivered its always nice ans speedy too.
