Catch up with old friends. Food was amazing & excellent value for money. However, I did feel that the drinks were a little bit expensive... I had a pink gin & tonic & a mohito which came to £16. Overall though, the staff were very efficient & knowledgeable, location & decor great & very clean. Will definately return.

The entertainment was good, nice that I did not have to go to the bar, The table service was fantastic, however we all agreed that the food was shocking, a slice of pizza and a few fries, that was cold, no choice for vegetarians, 😮

Attended the cocktail making class yesterday for my friends hen do. It was absolutly brilliant all the staff in the palm were fantastic especially Joe who hosted our cocktail class. He was so friendly and the games and competitions were fantastic highly recommend

Took my 2 year old daughter to the encanto event and during this time she needed her nappy changing, when I asked the bar staff where the baby change was located I was told it was in the ladies toilets, which were full of children due to the nature of the event so it didn't feel appropriate for me to use them and had to wait for my wife to arrive to change the nappy. I feel it is a disgrace that in 2022 sufficient provisions are not in place for a father to take his child to have their nappy changed. I for one would not come back with my children and wouldn't recommend it to any other men/father's either

Over-expensive for a takeaway that showed up with a stone cold garlic bread, pizza not even warm either, fries were sweaty and damp, cheesecake smashed to smithereens. Thought we’d order from a restaurant hoping the higher prices would bring extra quality to the food, but greatly disappointed. Wouldn’t feed it to my dog. You need to up your game if you’re going to charge people this much money - if you serve this food in your restaurant, I don’t understand how you’re still open!

Great place to go with friends or family for either food or drink or both 😀, The Palm has a choice of different rooms all decorated in different themes and have different menus to each other. The outside area is the same with different areas and the theme that of a holiday/beach bar area with food huts, water features, drift wood, palm trees and a large fire pit to sit around. The only negatives is some of the areas like the corridors and toilets are looking tired and in much need of painting & decorating especially inside the ladies toilet cubicles

Lovely quick lunch stop today. Menu from Liberty Brown and plenty of choice for a full meal, not so much for a lighter lunch.I went for starter and dessert as the cheesecake sounded lovely and wanted something a bit lighter than a main course.Option to sit outside in the sun, outside undercover/shade or inside. Attentive quick service :)

Turned up and waited over half an hour for someone to take our order- when we ordered most of the drinks were sold out and this was early on a Wednesday night.I ordered a craft beer for £5.70 expecting it to be a pint (no mention of size) and it eventually came over and it was a 330ml can. The cocktails were also small and didn't taste like they had much alcohol in.After we ordered our food and drinks we then waited over 45 minutes for our drinks to come, which came at the same time as our food. Safe to say I won't be coming back, service is poor and the drinks are completely overpriced. The place itself looks lovely and has a lot of potential if they improve their service.

Lovely place for afternoon drinks & food. Staff very friendly & helpful. 2-4-1 drinks on a Tuesday added bonus.
