Pizza Dial in Sunderland

The pizza was really good and delivery was faster then they estimated. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the prices. Not the cheapest.

I have always gone to this shop for years never had a problem untill lately always getting order wrong. And the pizza has hardly got no cheese on. The chicken meat is like rubber. Will not be going back here no more.

Food is good but Ever time we order prawn cocktail the prawns are always hard and crunchy like they raw one time it had onions and cabbage in instead of lettuce. Come on guys thy used to be good

Used to be good but 3 times recently I have been mortified that when I ordered vegetarian they have sent pizzas that included either chicken or fish. They clearly have no clue. I won't use them again

Waited 1 hour 45 mins for delivery, rang after an hour to be told it was on its way, had to ring back again to be told it was still in the shop. Used this shop for years but won't be using them again 😡

Ordered online,phoned and asked for no onions peppers or jalapeños on the pizza and they put them on anyways wouldn’t bother wasting your breath if your going to ask them to modify your pizza

Best place around the Houghton area by a mile, reminds me of pizza Italia in washy pay a little extra than the rest but well worth it!!

Food was excellent, serving staff very polite and helpful. What got my attention were the experienced and skilled staff preparing the food. You can see they take pride in their food, service and customers. Try their new app, I will be and will rate it.

Waited over an hour for my order, mixed kebab chilli garlic and chips. Came with no kebab meat?? So we phone up and they said they will send the order out again waited another 45minz and it came with no garlic absolute joke so rang up again to be told not to ring them no more wudn mind but its an absolute fortune as it is they do it everytime even the driver said they do it to everyone been going here for over 20 years will never ever go again

Was in the area so I thought I’d give it a try.Fantastic, chilli sauce as good as I remembered.Fresh crunchy salad, meat not overly greasy.The Donner kebab that others are judged against.Higher end of price but portion and quality reflects it.
