Pizza Uno in Sunderland

Orderd two deep Pan pizza end up with two hard rock thin pizza that you can't eat as the dough was from day befor I used to order one or twice a week but after that not more for me plus the price's flying here

Delicious food, quick service and excellent customer service. The only drawback is that you need to pay cash as they don't accept card payments at all.

Absolutely disgusting ordered a xl doner kebab and a xl chicken kebab waited about hour turned up wrong thy send 2 doner kebabs so rang up asked for a doner kebab back which hadn't been touched waited over half hour for the chicken kebab and for what they sent it was absolutely disgusting definitely not worth the money was lucky if it was a small chicken kebab

I ordered a chicken parmo with chips. Salad and. Garlic. And. The bottom was. All burnt and they said they cannot do nothing

Ordered a Large Pizza and got a Pizza the size of my hand, was a huge waste of money. Called Pizza Uno to see if they gave me the wrong size and the guy working there couldn’t give me and lied about the information he gave me. Do not waste your money here.

Ordered a lot of pizza and chips. Worst pizza ever dry like cardboard and over cooked. Hardly any cheese. The chips were also stale dry and inedible. What a waste never again

I don't normally complain ever. And I'm highly disappointed at the service, not only was there what appeared to be blood on the box or lipstick as I dont want to accuse. When I contacted them they did nothing. And wanted the order back without wanting to give a refund. They also missed half of the order out, I was very happy to give it back however, As we were all very put off. We never received our refund and the service was very poor , I'm disgusted. I'm not one to complain but people need to know as this was a waste of 30 pounds!!

Credit where credits due, been going here on and off for years now and its never been much different to other pizza takeaways, but the last couple of orders we've had have been out this world! Pizzas are fresh and cooked perfectly, kebabs are nice, tasty and fresh. When you open the pizza box and see the pizza you know its going to be nice, it looks fresh and you can see whats actually on the pizza, its not all mush and not overcooked.Delivery is quick and efficient. Always said to people pizza uno is nothing special, but now I will be saying its our place to go to for pizzas and kebabs now.

ordered a 'sausage stuffed crust' pizza, and I got a HOTDOG stuffed pizza, clearly not sausage. I phone to clear the misunderstanding and see if anything can be done and get told I can't tell the difference between a sausage and a hotdog and they can't do anything about it so I will let everyone else here be the judge. I am glad I used up my points on this order because I will not be ordering again.
