Planet Pizza in Sunderland

Absolutely shocking service was told to be quick ordering as they were busy .. chicken kebab ordered abs the chicken was PINK. and raw awful never again

Got chicken kabab was thick n greasy donner meat...kiev pizza which was tastless...spesh Bolognese pizza which was tastless..only good thing was the chilli sauce...never again!!!30 odd quid what a waste of my money!!!

Foods OK but one of the female workers is very aggressive and the only person of the female workers that I would highly recommend service from is Ashleigh

Do not order from these..I ordered from them cost nearly £20 never got delivered paid online and despite phoning they basically says its tuff.bairn had to do without.no understanding whatsoever.avpid at all costs.they will rip you off.

Honestly that burger was up there with the worst sloppy, soggy efforts ive ever seen!!! salad had soaked into bun, so it was all mush, pizza was poor and under cooked aswell, been consistently poor for at least the last 10 times I've used you

Food is always hot and nice....but staff are even better! I have rang a couple of times with somethings ive wanted to change... and its never been a problem! The girls who have sorted it for me are great :) 5* customer service! :)

We get the same most weeks, only pizzas kids will eat. They do Bolognese chips which is to die for. Always a fast delivery and delivered with a smile what more could you ask for on a Saturday night x

The new refurbishment of the shop is amazing and as always the food second to none , received delivery bang on time and piping hot , the delivery driver was friendly and politeWell done Planet Pizza and glad your back

Love the food and they go out and beyond to make your food experience great and if there is a mistake they deal with it as soon as well done

Been eating here for about a year now usually wait a while to reviewFood is spot on but i must of had at least 5/6 wrong orders it total.Delivery drivers always get lost because the postcode doesn't work surely management would let all the lads know where it is.Back to the phone its abysmal phone must be at front of shop cant hear a thing, got chicken burger meal tonight with chips and garlic....basically poured half a tub of garlic sauce right over the top of bun couldnt pick it up or see me salad.Sloppy service put it in a tub !
