Staff are great and the new decore is really good. but it has a very limited menu, prices have gone up significantly and the quality of the food has gone down.

Brilliant environment, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent service, very good range of drinks available, a very good menu range and cooked very well. Highly recommended heading here for a drink and a meal. They show a great range of sports on TV and are dog friendly with a great outside seating area.

Lovely pub. Food is reasonably priced and tasty. I come here often and recommend it to anyone that wants a nice, simple but of pub grub and a pint.

Food was poor quality and microwaved, cheesy garlic was pre sliced garlic bread with a cheese slice on top then microwaved = soggy cheesy garlic bread! Chips were home made but chewy and not crispy. The grease on the plate was a dark brown colour and looked like the oil in the deep fat dryer hasn't been changed in decades, the peas looked loads of different colours too which was odd (see pics) ... Asked to change chicken on the mixed grill to something else or gammon and the woman who was in the kitchen said, 'it comes as it it and can't be changed!' And I'm not giving you a full gammon! (miserable git).. My partner got the 'prior burger' and said it was tasteless... Definatly wouldn't eat food from there again, such a shame as it's a nice pub and the quiz on a sunday night is fun! The woman behind the bar taking the orders and serving the drinks was lovely tho (only been working there a week) , that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1
