The food was amazing and the cocktails were lovely. I will definitely revisit.

Omg what has happened to the Roker Hotel Bar. This is me given it its fourth chance. Poor bar service cold Sunday Lunch food unavailable when ordered. Yes I have complained quietly but this has not been taken seriously. Never mind Roker Hotel I am sure you will survive or not. But please distance yourself from the Let there be crumbs. This beats you hands down please take note.

Please can staff and management stop blaming portions on chefs and take some responsibilty on how to deal with customers, price list on drinks should be updated asap.Also when a sum of money that has been spent, understand the customer is right and a little empathy doesnt go a miss.

Came this afternoon for lunch with my husband and 2 year old. I have NEVER seen a high chair so utterly disgusting and filthy. You think in this day and age they'd be red hot on cleaning, this high chair had never been cleaned until I asked for it to be. The waitress just gave it a quick 'tickle' of a clean so I had to do it myself which took a good 5 minutes. I then noticed that two of the forks on the table had someone's left overs stuck in them. Honestly, I wish we had left there and then. The food was OK but greasy and to be honest the dirty environment put me off eating anything there. Will not return.

We have been regulars here for a while but after today's experience wemost likely won't return. The service was slow and only 3 tables in the whole restaurant. The waitress got our drinks order wrong as well as our food order even though she wrote it down in her pad. We went out as a family and due to the errors we would have ended up eating seperately. I had to speak to the manager in the end as we were not happy at all with the whole experience. We left without even eating our meals

Avoid, greasy burned, tasteless food. Nevermind waiting for it over an hour when resustaurant was next to empty. If they had to survive on returning customers they would gone busted ages before!

Not as good as it use to be.Reduced menu for both food and drinks. Use to be a excelent menu with good choice of food and different beer.Decided not to go in this time due to the revised menu, also no staff were wearing face masks. I know its no longer compulsory, but common sense for a food and drink establishment.

First time out on a Friday, but having lovely evening with attentive service. We're pretty old ,but keen to get out and about near our home. This is a great place to meet people. We're currently solving climate problems in our own peculiar way! Shout out to our great server's Jalaina and Mia. Thanks. Grace.

Guinness was disgusting complained to staff and and was told I'll get the bar staff to have a look, never been pub that won't offer to change a pint if it tastes off and I worked in pubs for about 10 years. Easy to order a drink but order in plenty of time. We were ordering next round when we had half a pint left, still didn't arrive until after we had finished. At one point we reordered twice and chased 4 time with 3 different staff took approx 30min after first order to get drinks. Won't be back anytime soon.

Down for airshow so popped in for a drink during a lull in the display. Nice and clean with good range but quite pricey. Had loads of events advertised- yes Christmas already! Plenty of outdoor seating too.
