Ritz Fish And Chips in Sunderland

I love the chicken tikka pizza, and the chips are always cooked to perfection. The staff are so polite, and the delivery man is always polite. Love Ritz.

I would give 0 star if I could. I ordered on line but not even delivered.

Waited over 70 minutes and received 2 x overcooked cods with skin still on. The fish was substandard and didn’t taste fresh. I couldn’t get a fork through the bottom part of skin and batter. Chips were ok, but will certainly not be ordering from here again completely underwhelmed.

Overall a bit tasteless, Bolognese pizza bland, needs more tomatoe flavour, Chicken kebab had no flavour, plenty meat but tasteless. Even the garlic sauce was pretty bland. Won't be ordering again. Left most of it.

Ordered chips and got a bag full of scraggy end very greasy not edible and definitely won’t be going back very poorly stomach this morning

Over 90 minutes to deliver a soggy mess. Won't be returning there. Pictures show what went In bin. Shame ritz used to be so good.

Busy and sometimes chaotic behind the counter but they always deliver good service at a reasonable price.

Ordered a mixed kerbs and salad, chips extra garlic sauce and pitta. Kerbs salad consists of only lettuce and onions. Tried to phone no, no luck. Had to drive and get rest of salad. Not Good, got home food cold. Really not happy. First time this has happened. All I can think I got someone else order. Still not good enough.

Bit to many orders to keep up with said straight away for collection it was more like 25 minutes. Foods always decent though.
