Rosedene in Sunderland

I can't praise the staff at the Rosedene enough. Having recently visited with a group from work I have been highly impressed with the understanding shown towards the people I work with. This is always the case. Give yourselves a big pat on the back. Thankyou.

Had an amazing time. Extremely friendly staff, her name was Brooke, she was very helpful and happy with any questions I asked regarding our order. The food was spectacular and very tasty. Family friendly venue, with a wide range on the menu which is great. Definitely recommend! Great job guys!

Lovely place to visit. Situated in very pleasant residential area. Nice decor and excellent food and drinks. Very pleasant staff provide good service. Good parking area.

Absolutely lovely. The place is amazing and the staff were really class. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone. Very nice atmosphere and very reasonably priced.

Always been a good pub but tonight it stank of damp mouldy carpets, really strong, and then we were accompanied by mice! Yes mice running all over from under the bench seating. Hopefully they will address this issue, I did mention it to the bar staff.

God. It was soooooooooo smelly. Not sure what else to say! Food was canny and the service was great but the smell was too much 😫 the air smells like rotten drains and the ladies toilet smelled of foist. I wished so hard it was better than it was. The staff were great but unfortunately this didn't detract from the smell of the place. It was busy so there was plenty of people that the smell didn't put off.

Beautiful meal , very relaxing during the week , older parents very happy. If there happy then It must be nice 🙂13.10.21Third time back now and still as beautiful as the first. Thank you to all .steaks lovely

Have been a massive fan of the rosedene for years but tonight has made me never ever step back into that establishment. Ordered two of the same meals, my girlfriends looked nice, mine looked like it had been cremated. Complained to the servers and said they’d comeback, didn’t end up coming back. Rude, inexperienced servers. Disgraceful place since being taken over. Would rate 0-5 stars if possible.

Ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich. Was soggy and couldn't be picked up unfortunately. Received one strip of bacon which was completely inedible due to being absolutely rock hard. So essentially it was a soggy chicken sandwich. Won't be back in a hurry.
