We have been using Ruchi for a few weeks now. It is probably the best takeaway Indian we have tried over the recent past. What I do like is the flavour of the food which for us cannot be beaten by other takeaways in Sunderland. I have noticed now though as we are trying the menu and going back to meals we have enjoyed that the result has not been the same. Still okay, don't get me wrong but when you have had a nice meal with a particular flavour I expect to get the same again. Not another take on that meal. Is it down to a different person making that meal, possibly but to be honest that should not be the case as there should be a recipe standard and meals be the same regardless of who is cooking.

Normally really great here, but had to ring after waiting 2 hrs to be told sorry mix up with your order, which means we were forgot about, wait another 40 mins and we will send it out.No thanks will not be bothering to order with ruchi again as they did nothing to resolve to help.

Great food big portions fantastic customer service, speedy delivery. Would never use anywhere else

Great food, fast service, lovely staff and reasonably priced. The Thursday and Sunday special offers are particularly good value. They deliver if you fancy, or there's a free car park right opposite.

Great customer service. Slight mistake in my order so they sent me a full new meal, highly recommended to all
