Love Sainsburys. Always manage to treat myself with something to wear . Good food choices too x

Friendly, helpful staff although food is a little pricey. Very busy with fewer and fewer masks being worn. Update. More masks in evidence today (9/7/22).Prices still on an upward trajectory.

Well situated, loads of parking, staff are wonderful , so helpful and friendly. I can always find exactly what I need and more. Clothes too are great plus now we have argos. One complaint, open the cafe.

Good experience a familar store to me, everything available tgat I wanted.Just dismayed to see how much things are increasing in price! However no different to any other store.

Went to pick up a click & collect order, which had been ordered nearly 10 days previously. There was an issue, tried to resolve instore but unable to, had to phone helpline, after 25 minutes of being passed from pillar to post, I cancelled the order, explained to staff instore who agreed with my plight, will not be shopping in Sainsbury's again. Shocking standards regarding customer service.

Best supermarket around Silksworth, Sunderland. Best coped during Covid. Used to be more expensive than Tesco, but recently I see more well priced items. Smart shopping is fabulous. HOWEVER, as customer I want to see Sainsbury leading in eco friendly direction and I see nothing yet. That is upsetting 😡Should definitely be the store reducing waste, because it is situated in a park area. I want to see refill stations, plastic packaging free items, more eco friendly products !! I heard Asda has a fantastic store in Leeds, well Sainsbury can lead the way here. I am sure more and more customers will start changing their habits, but they can't if there's nothing available. You still sell bananas, onions in plastic bags !!!!! Surely I don't need to teach marketing and other departments how to implement change, which is long overdue???

I've been married to husband for nearly 30 years and in most of that time we have visted this store, once twice a week!. My husband gets irritated as he feels he gets unnecessarily watched by a few security guards!! I said maybe you look a bit shifty to them my love?? He has got that type of face mind, one you could punch too, but I still adore him... store is clean, tidy, wish there were more sizes in stock for clothing, especially boys!, lovely people on the tills, shame about the cafe closing down!! Argos attached is handy too!!

I have no complaints about the quality of the food or the service on click and collect and delivery as all of the staff are very good. The complaint I have is the way the food is packed. We have had so many squashed loaves of bread and crisps and many other fragile goods because the packers do not seem to realise or care that you cannot pack heavy bottles of beer or water on top of fragile goods. I have e-mailed your store about this problem and just been ignored, hence the review. Please train your packers a bit better or even at all.

Easy to get around, the self scan system is really quick compared to rivals and the staff were really helpful when I asked for some help. There's usually loads of space in the car park and through the pandemic it never got as busy as other places in my experience.

Not impressed!! The checkout assistant in the middle of serving me decided it was more important to view her colleagues photos on her phone rather than wait til she had finished serving me. Not good for customer relations! No apologies either
