Silver Star in Sunderland

Food is always lovely and staff are so polite and friendly, everything always fresh and tastes brilliant! best chinese in sunderland!b

Best Chinese food going and the staff is very nice

Only been there once but the fried rice and chow mein was very nice indeed.

Love this place. Food is beautiful. Also fast delivery service.

Always unreal, probably the best Chinese takeaway in Sunderland! Possibly the best I’ve ever had. Friends / partner that aren’t from Sunderland agree with me. Would absolutely recommend!

Used to be beautiful here but the food tonight was disgusting the special fried rice tasted burnt and was hard and dry. Won't be ordering again feel sick and it's all gone in the bin

Always a good service and excellent food. I have tried other Chinese takeaways but nothing beats this one. Fast delivery too.

We tried this place for the first time last week. Wow. So much flavour in the sauces. Lovely staff. Just great!

Every time I visit Sunderland my addiction for pineapple duck and special fried rice from the Silver Star returns. I'm never disappointed with the service or delivery, and the food beats any other takeaway in a 15 mile radius. On top of this the owner has achieved a 5 star health and safety record by the food standards agency every year I've visited (an unusually high standard in Sunderland), so I always know the quality and cleanliness will leave no regrets, following my indulgence. I can definitely recommend the Silver Star.

Best chinese takeaway..... food always on time or even earlyer. Recomended if you havent tried it... Salt and pepper chips have not been the same since the carton changed for some reason still taste lovely Best around so far
