Good range of food and staff really speedy

Worst chippy in Sunderland, if you want black ends and over cooked chip ends then this is the place for you, we threw more chips away then we eat, save your money and go to a proper chippy like crozier street.

Very friendly. Fish was amazing but the chips only so so.

Like warm on delivery. Can you wrap it back up and I'll send another as long as you haven't ate too much. Absolute joke

Staff miserable and when I ordered over the phone it was a special deal with free chips but didn't get them, when I complained they said its changed and didn't get anything free I stood arguing that this is not my fault and I should of been told this before my order. The owner intervened and said give the free item but when I got home the miserable woman that served me did not put them in. Won't be going back.

Food was spot on, got the meat feast pizza which was a tad greasy, chips were perfect and nice garlicky garlic sauce. The visit was made special by the comical doorman and the local residents calling in for chips in their pacman pyjamas and slippers.

They were extremely busy taking and processing online / delivery orders. If I have any criticism it's that they put the phone before those at the counter so I waited longer than I should have in normal circumstances. That said: once my order was taken it was fulfilled very swiftly and efficiently and the food was top notch as usual.

Food was nice tonight however the ladies serving need some training in customer service as their attitudes were appalling. The way they were wearing their masks they needn't have bothered wearing at all and a blonde women handled cash and then handled a pitta bread without washing her hands. Won't return!

Quite a long wait as they seemed to be concentrating more on the orders that needed to be delivered rather than people that were waiting to be served in the shop, but well worth it. Food was excellent as always.

Always on time. Absolutely amazing food! I'm really picky and this place is unreal. Recommended!!! Currently awaiting delivery, can't wait 😁
