First time ordering from surma and my god they did not disappoint!I got the 4 course special.Special kebab starterChicken tikka pathiaGarlic pilauSpicy chipsDelivery came in about 45 50 minutes.I'm literally pleasantly surprised everything was bloody delicious! The spicy chips were 12/10 cooked perfectly and perfect size. The seek kebab in the starter had so much flavour! I even asked them so swap normal chips for spicy chips and they did. Ordered food at 9-15 waited about hour and half when I got it everything cold chicken tikka chips cold curry cold Nan bread cold disgrace never order again I know one time they were ok not now shambles do not order only a few are pleased with there food

Nope!The rice was cold and the curry was no tasty Naan bread very crispy, And the gentleman delivery driver put my food on floor and he drive away.I did call I tried to put complain but the men on the phone was very attitudeIt's not surprising her just 2 startYou make esay for 1 start you can do it keep going!!

Well where to start!Shocking! is a one word review.However, I want to give a little more detail.45 minute delivery was expected via just eat, after 55 minutes we rang the restaurant directly to be advised the driver was 2 minutes away. 10 minutes later still no food, rang the restaurant again to then be informed the driver had returned to the shop with my order. Spoken to the driver who actually turned out to be the manager to then be told his usual driver was absent so he had to deliver, he then said he'd looked everywhere for my flat, yeh because he'd been in the wrong village. How can that happen when he has my full address and post code oh and my phone number which he didn't bother to use.I was then informed my food was cold so he would cancel the order or re-heat the food and re-deliver. I refused this option so was then informed he would 're cook the order, somehow I believe he was just going to reheat it anyway. I just asked for the food as it was as I had no intention of waiting another 90 minutes.Was offered a £3.50 refund, poor service poor quality food also.Just as well just eat value their customers and offered a further £5 refund.Do not bother with this place
