Teal Farm Pub in Sunderland

Food is hit and miss depending on what you order. Can be decent however little on the pricy side in comparison to similar venues with similar choices. Decent for young children if you're lucky to get one of the two booths with the TV.

Attended for an event and it was absolutely perfect. Brilliant decor choice of music and a lovely ambience. A night never to be forgotten. Thank you so much.

Put order in waited nearly one hour for meal to arrive asked for surf n turf medium steak came well done ordered beef dripping & merlot sauce £2 litterally a cap full also my steak had been butferflied would not reccomend totally disapointed

Great place to take little ones. Try and get the booth with the TV and lights that change colours . The beef burger was smokey and the fries were thin and crispy. Nothing was too much trouble for the waitress even when I forgot the salt after already having had sauce and vinegar brought over. The kids meal was a generous portion and the fish fingers were delicious. 2 adult meals, 1 kids meal, 2 pints and and apple fruitshoot style drink all for under £30. No complaints from me. Great play area and animal statues outside for the kids also.

Food great but quite a long wait for it. Staff were working very hard though so.not sure why the wait. All our meals were lovely though

Fantastic, a lovely pub with a good selection of beers. The food was very nice and filling, we had the burgers with pulled pork which were lovely and had a kick. The staff are very friendly and pleasant and I would highly recommend this pub. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Great family and community pub. Good range of larger which taste nice. Food menu perfect if your feeling hungry after a few drinks and fancy a bite to eat. Owners are amazing, very welcoming. The staff are really helpful, friendly and provide excellent service. Facebook page updated regularly with events and entertainment. Would highly recommend.

I have just had a meal in Teal farm and I had made a mistake with my order which was clearly my own fault. The manager dealt with it straight away. I then noticed my pepper corn sauce was like water and asked for a new one. When the new one came out it was the scabbiest little bit. I complained and said I was not happy. The manager said he would refund my pepper corn sauce money but my steak was cold by this time. I told him to take it all away, which he did. I asked what they were going to do about it,he said nothing I could not get an alternative or refund. So I ended up paying nearly £20 for 5 pieces of scampy. SHOCKING.
