We hadn't booked for lunch, but the staff led us to a table immediately. This was our luck, as the place filled up extremely quickly. We were celebrating my birthday, myself, daughter, and her spouse. I had garlic mushrooms, which were very tasty, and a massive portion. I then had tagliatelle romana, which was chicken in a tomato, garlic and cream sauce. Absolutely delicious.

Today we visited Italian Kitchen and this hasn't been our first time. We had visited them on a number of occasions and NEVER been disappointed. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Food is excellent and delicious 😋 Many thanks.

First time here since the pandemic began. Absolutely just as wonderful as I remembered! The food was fantastic and the staff so lovely. My favourite Sunderland restaurant.

Really great food, there was just so much of it! I don't think any of us managed to finish our mains but it wasn't through want of trying. The food was exceptional!
