I've been here twice now. Both times I've found the staff to be very rude. You have to ring a bell and wait ages til they come to the door to let you inside (5mins both times, even at 3pm when it was empty). And if you ring it again they get angry at you.On the most recent visit there were 2 of us having afternoon tea and they put us on a 2 person table in a corner. Considering we'd have 2 cake tiers, plates, cups and teapots we asked to be moved to a bigger table (the place was empty). They were huffing and puffing about it because they were keeping the other tables for parties coming in on the evening. We were there at 3!The previous time the service was very slow and when we saw people who were in after us getting their order taken we raised it and they got stroppy with us.I'll not be going back. The food was OK both times, just the bad service for me. Customer are a big inconvenience to them.

Classic pub grub with a good menu. Do decent lager and cocktails also. Price wasn't bad at all. Pictured below was the jack Daniels burger. Spot on food but I have had better 4/5 for this guys thanks

First time I had a Sunday roast delivered today and it was absolutely beautiful just one criticism is that the roast potatoes werent roasted properly but other than that it was perfect and maybe more gravy but will certainly be ordering again

Had a lovley night. There was 14 of us and the staff was excellent. Couldn't do enough for us. Starter, main, and deserts all can very quick. Thank you so much x

Fantastic place, very friendly, Fantastic customer service. Fab variety of food choices and drinks. Even suits my fussy child who is branching out trying new food. One of our favourite places to go.

We got a warm greeting, the staff were amazing, the waiting, he was outstanding, the food was unbelievable. I would recommend anyone who hasn't been to go there, my partner and I will definitely be going back. Thank you all including the chef for a amazing evening.

Disappointing. Table was in bright sunlight and complete unsuitable to sit for any length of time. There as a blind and when I asked if we could pull it down we were informed it was broken. There was no effort to offer us alternative seats despite there being plenty of spare tables. In the end I moved the furniture to make it as bearable as possible. They were quick with the drinks orders but slow to take the food order. Starters were pleasant. The main was rubbish. I had sirloin steak Diane with chips. The chips were good but the steak was poor. Really fatty, chewy and raw rather than rare. There wasn’t enough Diane sauce and it was way too thick .. it had to be coaxed out of the tiny jug it came in. Just ladel a good dollop on.. that’s have been perfect. Won’t be back anytime soon sorry. Tbh the only reason we went is because Signatures was shut!
