I explained that I was told if you come in for 11:30 she could put her order in Ishe would not accept it and she had to do with just have toast would have gone elsewhere if they have told me that they would stop taking the order before 11:30 when I explained the problem they were not at all nice.

Good eatery, fresh scones and great tea/lattes, helpful staff also.

Visited at Belfast International Airport on 26 November 2018. I ordered cod and chips, but they had run out so I opted for the beef burger which is supposed to come with Parmesan fries. The food arrived, burger accompanied by a small portion of French fries (the cheap frozen type). When I asked why my burger was not accompanied by Parmesan fries the girl at the counter looked at me sullenly and simply said "shall I get you some Parmesan?". No apology, no offer to bring me the correct food... As I was too short of time to send the whole dish back I agreed to this and she duly appeared with some Parmesan in a small dish which she put on my table without a word. Very shoddy at £11.95.

First visit and after ordering realised my cash was at home. Still they served me with coffee! So grateful - and they deserve future business. Big 'thank you'

Great cafe serving good food. A small menu but enough to keep you happy.

Nice place and staff. But poor selection of pastries and coffee not so nice.

This really should be a superb place to eat. The location is great, overlooking the Donegall Quay. And, the place is well designed and decorated. But, the experience is otherwise dreadful. The staff seem put out that you should ask to be served and react with undisguised disdain to simple requests. The food is average, at best. My Ulster Fry included the kind of sausage – mainly fat – that I thought hadn't been made since the 1980s, while the mushroom was bathed in grease. The ambiance of the place is no better – clumps of clueless-looking middle aged lawyers in similar coloured and cut open-necked shirts mill around gormlessly waiting for their coffee to arrive so that they can go off to their next power meeting at Allen & Overy which is next door.Avoid.

Larger hot lunch dishes are OK, but avoid the pre-made sandwiches. A little on the pricey side for what you get.

Went to the one in the international airport. Was tasty food and not extortionate prices. You get a small buzzer to say when your food is ready.
